These are the factory Holden struts and coil springs rated at around 800Kg or so.

New heavy duty gas struts now fitted, I think i mentioned somewhere within these pages that I done a good deal of research into settin the vehicle up to take the weight of the slide on as above the heavy duty springs are more suited to carry a heavier weight as opposed to air bag suspension which is dearer and although will be suited for the job they will eventually fail where is the hvy duty springs are designed to carry excess weight for prolonged periods plus they don't rupture!! btw the old factory struts were buggered and should of been replaced years ago and would of eventually completely failed under load.
